抄録

ゴアテックス歯周材料を用いたガイド付き組織再生術は、術後の治癒特性のユニークなセットと関連している。102部位を調査した本研究では、5つの治癒合併症が記載されている。痛みと膿性の発生が最も一般的であった。膿性部位では、培養された細菌の大部分はActinomycesとStreptococcus spp.であった。 抗生物質に対する耐性は一般的であった。治癒合併症の予防と治療について考察した。

Guided tissue regeneration procedures with Gore-Tex Periodontal Material are associated with a unique set of postoperative healing characteristics. Five healing complications are described in this study examining 102 sites. The occurrence of pain and purulence were the most common. In purulent sites, the majority of bacteria cultured were Actinomyces and Streptococcus spp. Resistance to antibiotics was common. Prevention and treatment of the healing complications are discussed.
