Cognitive Disengagement Syndrome in Mothers of Children With Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.

目的:

注意欠陥/多動性障害（ADHD）の子どもを持つ母親の認知離脱症候群（CDS）症状を検討すること。

OBJECTIVE: To examine the cognitive disengagement syndrome (CDS) symptoms of mothers of children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

方法:

参加者はADHDの子どもを持つ母親223名で、Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-5 Disorders-Clinician Version（SCID-5-CV）、Stroop Test（ST）、Barkley Adult SCT Scale（CDS）、Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale（ASRS）を用いてデータを収集した。

METHOD: The participants consisted of 223 mothers of children with ADHD, and data were collected using the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-5 Disorders-Clinician Version (SCID-5-CV), the Stroop Test (ST), the Barkley Adult SCT Scale (CDS), and the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS).

結果:

参加者は精神病理に基づいて4つの群に分けられた：精神疾患のない群、ADHDのみの群、ADHD以外の精神疾患を有する群、ADHDとともに他の精神疾患を有する群。ADHD以外の精神疾患を合併している群ではCDS得点が最も高く、精神病理を合併していない群ではCDS得点が最も低かった。

RESULTS: The participants were divided into four groups based on psychopathology: the group without any psychiatric disorder, the group with only ADHD, the group with a psychiatric disorder other than ADHD, and the group with another psychiatric disorder along with ADHD. The group with any psychiatric disorder along with ADHD had the highest CDS scores, while the group without any psychopathology had the lowest CDS scores.

結論:

CDSは、ADHDと他の内面化障害の両方に関連する構成要素であると思われる。これらの関係をより明らかにするためには、さらなる研究が必要である。

CONCLUSION: CDS seems to be a construct associated with both ADHD and other internalizing disorders. Further studies are needed to shed more light on these relationships.
