非う蝕性頸部欠損における各種接着剤の臨床的性能

Clinical performance of various bonding agents in noncarious cervical defects.

目的:

非う蝕性頸部欠損を有する患者を対象に、4種類のボンディング剤とコンポジットレジンによる修復を評価した。

AIM: Four bonding agents and a composite restorative resin were evaluated in patients having noncarious cervical defects.

材料と方法:

本臨床試験は、少なくとも4本の非う蝕性歯頸部欠損を有する臼歯部患者を対象に、5、6、7、8世代のボンディング剤について、ベースライン、3、6、12、24ヵ月間の保存性、辺縁変色、術後知覚過敏に関する臨床的有効性を評価した。

MATERIALS AND METHODS: This clinical trial was conducted in patients having at least 4 noncarious cervical defects in posterior teeth evaluating the clinical effectiveness in relation to retention, discoloration at margins, and postoperative sensitivity of 5, 6, 7, and 8 generations of bonding agents over a period of baseline, 3, 6, 12, and 24 months.

統計分析:

データを記録し、カイ二乗検定を用いて統計解析を行った。

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS: Data were recorded and put into statistical analysis using Chi-square tests.

結果:

24ヵ月後の維持率は7世代で92.6%であり、5世代(66.7%)および6世代(70.4%)よりも良好であった。一方、6ヵ月後のフォローアップでは有意な辺縁変色が認められ、5世代が最大の結果を示した。しかし、4世代とも、術後感度のスコアはどの期間においても同等であった。

RESULTS: At 24 months, retention rate was found out to be 92.6% for the 7 generation which was better than 5 (66.7%) and 6 (70.4%) generation whereas significant marginal discoloration was seen at 6 months follow-up in which 5 generation showed maximum results. However, all the four generations have an equal score of postoperative sensitivity at all the time intervals.

結論:

第7世代の接着剤は、保定期間において他の世代よりも良好であった。辺縁の変色は6ヵ月後に検出され、5世代接着剤で最大スコアであった。

CONCLUSIONS: The 7 generation adhesives performed better than other generations in terms of retention. Changes in marginal discoloration were detected at 6 months with maximum score in 5 generation adhesives.
