抄録

3つの新種のアーバスキュラー菌根菌類について説明し、図示した。本研究では、スペイン東部の地中海沿岸に位置する海浜砂丘を植民地化している（イネ科）、（イネ科）、（キク科）、（キク科）の根に関連した3種の菌根菌類を調査した。これらの種の新規性は，形態学的，分子学的，系統学的解析によって裏付けられている。本種を宿主植物とした単一種の培養物は得られなかったが，本種を宿主植物とした単一種の培養物は得られた。胞子は通常胞子嚢内に発生し，土中や根の中に単独で発生することはまれである。対照的に、土壌中でのみ単一の胞子を形成し、胞子嚢内で発生し、土壌中や根の内部で単発的に発生します。スモールサブユニット、内接スペーサー、ラージサブユニット（SSU-ITS1-5.8S-ITS2-LSU）のそれぞれのnrDNA配列から、新種は、これまでに記載されていた種から分離して、それぞれ属名、属名、属名、属名に分類された。

Three new arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal species-, and -are described and illustrated. In the field, the three species were associated with roots of (Poaceae), (Poaceae), (Asteraceae), and (Apiaceae) colonizing maritime dunes located along the Mediterranean coast in eastern Spain. The novelty of these species is supported by morphological, molecular, and phylogenetic analyses. Single-species cultures of and were obtained using as a host plant, both forming arbuscular mycorrhizae, whereas single-species cultures from could not be obtained. Spores of usually occur in sporocarps, rarely singly in soil or inside roots. In contrast, only forms single spores in soil and occurs in sporocarps and singly in soil or inside roots. The respective small subunit, internal transcribed spacer, and large subunit (SSU-ITS1-5.8S-ITS2-LSU) nrDNA sequences placed the new species in the genera , and , all of them separated from previously described species.
