Vitamin D and Calcium in Children 0-36 Months: A Scoping Review of Health Outcomes.

目的:
カルシウムおよびビタミンDの摂取量（食品またはサプリメントからの摂取）に関する最近発表された研究のスコープ・レビューは、0～36ヵ月齢の子どものための食糧農業機関（FAO）／世界保健機関（WHO）の栄養所要量を更新する作業を知らせるために委託されたものである。
OBJECTIVE: A scoping review of recent studies published on calcium and vitamin D intake (from foods or supplements) was commissioned to inform the work of updating Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)/World Health Organization (WHO) nutrient requirements for children aged 0 - 36 months.
方法:
更新された文献検索は、5つの電子データベースで行われ、すべての無作為化比較試験、コホート研究、入れ子になった症例対照研究または症例コホート研究、および2009U.S. Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ)のエビデンス報告書であるAHRQ以降に発表されたシステマティックレビューを特定するために行われました。本レビューでは、合計65件の研究が要約され、分析されました。
METHODS: Updated literature searches were conducted across 5 electronic databases to identify all randomized controlled trials, cohort studies, nested case-control or case-cohort studies, and systematic reviews published after the 2009 U.S. Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's (AHRQ) evidence report, . In total, 65 studies were summarized and analyzed in the present review.
結果:
2008年から2019年にかけて、骨格の健康、成長、感染症に関連したアウトカムを報告する出版物の数は、カルシウムの研究よりもビタミンDの研究の方がはるかに多いものの、着実に増加傾向にあった。
RESULTS: There was a steady increasing trend in the number of publications reporting outcomes related to skeletal health, growth, and infectious disease from 2008 to 2019, although the number of published vitamin D studies was much larger than calcium studies.
結論:
このレビューで提示されたデータは、様々なアウトカムの評価を容易にし、各アウトカムに対して利用可能な潜在的に有用な文献の量を提供することができる。このスコーピングレビューの結果は、その後のシステマティックレビューの実施の指針とすることができる。
CONCLUSIONS: The data presented in this review can facilitate assessment of the variety of outcomes and the amount of potentially useful literature available for each outcome. The results of this scoping review can be used to guide the undertaking of the subsequent systematic reviews.
