抄録

背景:

本試験は、脳卒中後うつ病（PSD）患者に対するシタロプラムの有効性と安全性を評価することを目的としている。

BACKGROUND: This study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of citalopram for the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression (PSD).

方法:

Cochrane Library、PUBEMD、EMBASE、WorldSciNet、Web of Science、VIPデータベース、CBMデータベース、中国国家知識基盤を網羅的に検索する。検索期間は各データベースの構築から2020年2月1日までとする。言語や出版状況は限定しない。研究選択、データ抽出、研究方法論的品質評価、エビデンスの品質評価は、2人の研究者が独立して行う。3人目の研究者は、2人の研究者間の意見の相違を解決するために協力する。統計解析には RevMan 5.3 を使用する。

METHODS: We will comprehensively search Cochrane Library, PUBEMD, EMBASE, WorldSciNet, Web of Science, VIP Database, CBM database, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure. The search period is limited from the construction of each database to the February 1, 2020. No language and publication status are limited. Two investigators will independently carry out study choosing, data extraction, study methodological quality assessment, and quality of evidence. A third investigator will help to resolve any disagreements between 2 investigators. RevMan 5.3 software will be employed for statistical analysis.

結果:

本研究では、最新のエビデンスをまとめ、データを合成してPSD患者に対するシタロプラムの有効性と安全性を探る。

RESULTS: This study will summarize the up-to-date evidence and synthesize the data to explore the efficacy and safety of citalopram for patients with PSD.

結論:

本研究の結果は、シタロプラムが脳卒中後うつ病（PSD）患者の有効な治療法であるかどうかを判断するための有用なエビデンスとなる可能性がある。

CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study may present helpful evidence to determine whether citalopram is an effective management for patients with PSD.
