抄録

免疫グロブリンG4関連疾患（IgG4-RD）は、比較的新しい疾患で、膵臓、唾液腺、涙腺、眼窩周囲組織、甲状腺、胆道、腎臓、肺、大動脈、髄膜、下垂体、皮膚などの様々な臓器に血漿細胞を多く含む病変と線維性炎症過程を特徴とする、病因不明の疾患です。本疾患は中高年に発症し、性別の優劣は各臓器の病変によって異なります。皮膚浸潤はまれである。ここでは、孤立した皮膚病変のまれな症例を報告する。

Immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4-RD), a relatively new entity of unknown pathogenesis, characterized by plasma cell rich lesions and fibroinflammatory process in various organs like pancreas, salivary glands, lacrimal glands, periorbital tissues, thyroid gland, biliary tract, kidneys, lungs, aorta, meninges, pituitary gland and skin. The disease affects the middle-elderly population and the sex predominance will depend on the organ involvement. Cutaneous involvement is a rare phenomenon. Hereby we report a rare case of isolated skin involvement.
