目的:

卵巣移植後に卵胞液の機能不全を起こした患者の説明。

OBJECTIVE: Description of punction of follicular fluid in a patient after ovarian transposition.

症例報告。

DESIGN: Case report.

設定:

プラハのカレル大学第一医学部産婦人科、プラハの総合病院。

SETTING: Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and the General Faculty Hospital, Prague.

ケースレポート:

卵巣移植後に卵胞液の機能不全を起こした患者さんの体外受精治療の一例を紹介します。

CASE REPORT: We present a case of IVF treatment in a patient with ovarian transposition undergoing punction of follicular fluid and difficulties during this procedure acording to transabdominal route.

結論:

腹腔内排卵は可能ですが、技術的な困難さと得られた卵子の量が少ないことが問題です。手術前に体外受精を行うことをお勧めします。

CONCLUSION: Transabdominal punction od follicular fluid is possible, but with technical difficulities and smaller amount of obtained oocytes. We recomend to aplicate IVF procedures prior to surgical solution.
