歯内療法における歯周病菌の役割を評価する

Evaluation of role of periodontal pathogens in endodontic periodontal diseases.

目的:

本研究は、歯内療法における歯周病菌の役割を明らかにすることを目的とする。

Aim: This study aimed to correlate periodontal pathogens in endodontic periodontal diseases.

研究方法:

本研究では，男女合わせて40名の患者を対象とした．対象者は歯内・歯周病科に通院している患者で，同じ歯にエンド・ペリオ病変の既往があるものとした．ポリメラーゼ連鎖反応を行い、相関関係を確認した。

Methodology: This study was conducted on 40 patients of both genders. All the participants were obtained from department of endodontics and periodontology with history of endo-perio lesion in same teeth. Polymerase chain reaction was performed and correlation was established.

結果:

本研究では、男性18名と女性22名が参加しました。男性の平均年齢は42.5歳，女性は41.3歳であった。の検体が94％の内歯根膜と92％の歯根膜から、71％の内歯根膜と55％の歯根膜から、12％の内歯根膜と58％の歯根膜から分離された。その差は有意であった( < 0.05)。歯内・歯周病感染症の細菌は、絶対定量値が、と（＝0.412、＜0.05）、と（＝0.524、＜0.05）、と（＝0.427、＜0.05）の間に、統計的に有意な相関関係が確認された。

Results: This study included 18 males and 22 females. The mean age of male was 42.5 years and female was 41.3 years. Specimens of were isolated from 94% endodontium and 92% periodontium, from 71% endodontium and 55% periodontium, from 12% endodontium and 58% periodontium. The difference was significant ( < 0.05). Bacteria in endodontic-periodontal infection confirmed statistically significant correlation between absolute quantitation of and ( = 0.412, < 0.05), and ( = 0.524, < 0.05), and and ( = 0.427, < 0.05).

結論:

歯内療法と歯周病の併発による標的細菌種レベルには相関関係があった。このことから、象牙細管が細菌の拡散経路となっている可能性が示唆されました。

Conclusion: There was correlation between targeted bacterial species levels from concurrent endodontic-periodontal diseases. Thus, it can be suggested that dentinal tubules may be the pathway for spread of bacteria.
