イラン南西部Ahvazにおける2007年から2017年の腸内寄生虫感染症の有病率

The Prevalence of Intestinal Parasitic Infections in Ahvaz, Southwest of Iran, during 2007-2017.

抄録

背景:

腸内寄生虫感染症（IPI）は、世界的な公衆衛生上の問題の一つと考えられている。そこで、本研究では、腸内寄生虫感染症の患者における有病率を評価することを目的とした。

Background: Intestinal parasitic infections (IPIs) are frequently considered one of the public health problems worldwide. Therefore, we aimed to evaluate the prevalence of IPIs among patients.

方法:

本レトロスペクティブ横断的研究では、2007年から2017年の間にイラン南部アフヴァズのNaft Hospital of Ahvazに紹介された男女50000人（男性2451人）の便検体を収集した。まず、採取した検体をマクロ的に観察し、ホルマリンエーテル濃縮法の他、直接法を用いて、トロポゾアイト、卵、嚢胞の存在を確認した。

Methods: In this Retrospective cross-sectional study, 50000 stool samples (24551 males) were collected among males and females referred to Naft Hospital of Ahvaz, southern Iran during 2007-2017. At first, the collected specimens were macroscopically observed for the presence of trophozoites, eggs, cysts using the procedure of direct as well as the method of formalin-ether concentration.

結果:

50000検体中、2878例（5.75％）がIPI陽性で、男性では1426例、女性では1452例が観察された。37％）、357例（0.714％）、43例（0.086％）、40例（0.08％）、38例（0.076％）、25例（0.05％）、18例（0.036％）で、1例（0.002％）の眼瞼下垂体が認められた。

Results: Of 50000 samples, 2878 (5.75%) cases were positive for IPIs that 1426 and 1452 cases were observed in the males and females, respectively. with 887 (1.774%) cases, with 784 (1.568%) cases, with 685 (1.37%) cases, with 357 (0.714%) cases, with 43 (0.086%) cases, with 40 (0.08%) cases, with 38 (0.076%) cases, with 25 (0.05%) cases, with 18 (0.036%) cases, proglottid with one (0.002%) case were found.

結論:

2007年から2017年の間にイラン南部AhvazのNaft Hospitalに紹介された人たちの間でIPIの有病率が比較的高いことが明らかになった。

Conclusion: Our finding showed a relatively high prevalence of IPIs among people referred to Naft Hospital of Ahvaz, southern Iran during 2007-2017.
