抄録

本概要の目的は、核内遺伝子コード化されたリー症候群スペクトラム（LSS）の遺伝的原因、管理、特に治療可能な障害、および関連する遺伝カウンセリングの問題について、臨床医の意識を高めることである。本概要の目標は以下の通りである。目標1：核内遺伝子コード化されたLSSの臨床的特徴を説明する。目標2：核内遺伝子コード化長生き症候群の臨床的特徴を説明する。核内遺伝子コード化長生き症候群の遺伝的原因を検討する。目標3：被検者における核内遺伝子コード化LSSの遺伝的原因を特定するための評価戦略を提供する（可能な場合）。核内遺伝子コード化LSSの管理、特に治療可能な疾患の管理を見直す。目標5：核内遺伝子エンコードされたLSS患者の家族に対する遺伝カウンセリングの情報を提供する。

The purpose of this overview is to increase the awareness of clinicians regarding genetic causes of nuclear gene-encoded Leigh syndrome spectrum (LSS), management, especially treatable disorders, and relevant genetic counseling issues. The following are the goals of this overview. GOAL 1: Describe the clinical characteristics of nuclear gene-encoded LSS. GOAL 2: Review the genetic causes of nuclear gene-encoded LSS. GOAL 3: Provide an evaluation strategy to identify the genetic cause of nuclear gene-encoded LSS in a proband (when possible). GOAL 4: Review management of nuclear gene-encoded LSS, especially treatable disorders. GOAL 5: Inform genetic counseling of family members of an individual with nuclear gene-encoded LSS.
