抄録

遠位頭蓋外内頸動脈と椎骨動脈の外傷後血栓症の3例を報告した。コントロールアンギオグラムでは傷害による変化がかなり後退していた。これらの所見が外傷後の動脈変化と線維筋異形成との鑑別にどのような意味を持つのかを議論した。

Three cases of post-traumatic thrombosis of the distal extracranial internal carotid artery and vertebral artery are reported. Control angiograms showed considerable recession of changes caused by injury. Discussed is the significance of these findings for differentiation between post-traumatic artery changes and fibromuscular dysplasia.
