抄録

目的:

Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ)の評価者間信頼性、交差情報整合性、テスト・テスト信頼性、時間的安定性、および識別能力を分析するために、システマティック・レビューが実施された。

PURPOSE: A systematic review was conducted to analyze the inter-rater reliability, cross-informant consistency, test-retest reliability, and temporal stability of the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), and its ability to discriminate.

方法:

我々は、SDQに関する論文（親、教師、自己報告版）を3つのデータベースから検索し、18歳までの子どものサンプルを使用し、評価者間信頼性、交差情報信頼性、テスト・テスト信頼性、時間的安定性、特異性、感度、正の予測値（PPV）、負の予測値（NPV）を報告した。

METHOD: We searched three databases for articles about the SDQ (parent, teacher, and self-report version), used samples of children up to age 18 and reported inter-rater reliability, cross-informant reliability, test-retest reliability, temporal stability, specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV).

結果:

TDS に焦点を当ててみると、評価者間信頼性、交差情報提供者間信頼性は許容できる値を示したが、回答者のタイプ（例えば、母親と父親）は入れ替わることができなかった。テスト-再テスト信頼性と時間的安定性も許容範囲内であり、過度に高いものではなかった。特異性および NPV は許容可能であったが、感度および PPV は許容できなかった。

RESULTS: Focusing on the TDS, inter-rater, and cross-informant reliability showed acceptable values, but respondent types (e.g., mothers and fathers) are not interchangeable. Test-retest reliability and temporal stability were also acceptable, and not excessively high. Specificity and NPV were acceptable but not sensitivity and PPV.

DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION:

親」という用語が使用されている場合、回答者が誰であるかについて、より大きな透明性が必要である。SDQ は、ソーシャルケアの専門家による通常の評価を補完する重要なものである。

DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: Greater transparency is needed about who the respondent is when the term "parents" is used. The SDQ is an important supplement to service-as-usual assessments by social care professionals.
