1型糖尿病患者2名の妊娠中に発症した急性シャルコー神経関節症について，症例ノートのレトロスペクティブレビューを用いて報告する．1型糖尿病患者2名の妊娠中の急性Charcot神経関節症の発症を初めて報告する。妊娠は多くの糖尿病合併症の発症や悪化を促進する可能性がある。妊娠と急性シャルコー神経関節症の発症との関連性は，本報告で初めて示された．

Summary: We report the onset of acute Charcot neuroarthropathy during pregnancy in two patients with type 1 diabetes using retrospective review of case notes. We describe for the first time the onset of acute Charcot neuroarthropathy during pregnancy in two patients with type 1 diabetes. Pregnancy may promote the onset and worsening of a number of diabetic complications. A link between pregnancy and the onset of acute Charcot neuroarthropathy is demonstrated for the first time in this report.
