抄録

背景:

心的外傷後ストレス障害（PTSD）は、精神疾患の一つである。PTSDは患者に精神的苦痛をもたらすと同時に、社会的機能にもダメージを与え、人々の生活と健康を脅かす大きな脅威となっている。補完代替医療（CAM）療法はPTSDの治療に臨床的に用いられてきたが、臨床現場でのCAM療法の選択戦略は未だ不明であり、本研究の目的は、システマティックレビューとネットワークメタアナリシスを用いて、異なるCAM療法の有効性と受容性を評価することである。

BACKGROUND: Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a psychiatric disorder. While bringing psychologic pain to patients, it also damages their social function, which is a great threat to people's life and health. Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) therapies have been used clinically to treat PTSD; however, the selection strategies of different CAM interventions in clinical practice is still uncertain, and the purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and acceptability of different CAM therapies using systematic review and network meta-analysis.

方法:

この戦略によれば、著者らは2020年6月までに合計7つの電子データベースを検索する。一連のスクリーニングを行った後、研究者2名はアグリゲートデータ医薬品情報システムとStataソフトウェアを用いて、PTSDに対するCAM療法の無作為化比較試験から抽出したデータを分析する。最後に、その結果のエビデンスグレードを評価する。

METHODS: According to the strategy, the authors will retrieve a total of 7 electronic databases by June 2020. After a series of screening, the 2 researchers will use Aggregate Data Drug Information System and Stata software to analyze the data extracted from randomized controlled trials of CAM therapies for the PTSD. Finally, the evidence grade of the results will be evaluated.

結果:

本研究は、PTSDに対するCAM療法の選択のための信頼性の高いエビデンスを提供するものである。

RESULTS: This study will provide a reliable evidence for the selection of CAM therapies for PTSD.

結論:

本研究の結果は、PTSDに対するさまざまなCAM療法の影響を評価するための参考となり、臨床研究の意思決定のための参考となる。

CONCLUSION: The results of this study will provide references for evaluating the influence of different CAM therapies for PTSD, and provide decision-making references for clinical research.
