抄録

ドイツでは近年，乾癬の薬剤費が継続的に増加しているため，乾癬の疾患関連費用は非常に重要である．全体として，乾癬の経済的負担は，重症度や併存疾患などの疾患固有の特徴に大きく依存している。さらに、生物学的製剤による治療を受けた患者の間では、従来の全身治療を受けた患者と比較して、医療費に差があります。

The disease-related costs of psoriasis are of considerable importance, as the drug expenses for psoriasis in Germany have risen continuously in recent years. Overall, the economic burden of psoriasis markedly depends on disease-specific characteristics such as severity and comorbidity.
