抄録

Xiaoxumingの煎じ薬は、脳卒中の治療のための古代の古典的な漢方処方です。漢・唐の時代以前は「内服薬の第一処方」として各王朝の医師から高く評価されていましたが、後の時代になると次第に減少していきます。しかし、後世になると徐々に衰退し、各王朝の医師からも見放されるようになりました。暁星煎じ薬が誰にも看取られなかった理由と、古代における「脳卒中」の病態に対する医師の理解の変化。古代において「脳卒中」の意味合いは、顔面神経炎、急性脳梗塞、急性脳出血、脳出血の後遺症、原因不明の手足の脱力、頚椎症、急性骨髄炎、急性根尖炎、ギランバール症候群、多発性硬化症、重症筋無力症、運動ニューロン病、皮膚筋炎、低カリウム麻痺末梢神経炎など、非常に広範囲にわたっていました。研究によると、脳梗塞や脳出血の治療において、暁星煎じ薬は急性期の経過を大幅に短縮し、片麻痺の回復を促進することができ、そのメカニズムは現代医学の脳血管疾患の治療原理と一致しています。また、本処方は、顔が赤い、心拍数が速い、血圧が高い、便が詰まっている、舌が赤い、毛皮が黄色い、脈が速い、または脈が強い、手首に脈が強いなどの患者には禁忌とされています。
