抄録

35歳の女性が4月14日、スペインのマドリッドにあるJiménez Díaz基金病院の救急部に3週間の無月状紫斑病変を呈して来院した。これらの病変は、赤血球状の紅斑部として始まり、発熱と咳と同時に現れたが、それは2日間しか続かなかった。下痢、老衰、低呼吸、呼吸困難の既往はなかった。足の皮膚はしばらく立っていると青みがかった変色を呈したとのことである。

A 35-year-old woman with no significant previous medical history presented at the Emergency Department of Fundación Jiménez Díaz Hospital (Madrid, Spain) on April 14 with acral purpuric lesions of three weeks duration. These had started as oedematous, erythematous areas and had appeared coincidentally with fever and coughing, which lasted only two days. There was no history of diarrhoea, ageusia, hyposmia or dyspnea. The patient stated that the skin of her feet acquired a bluish discoloration after standing for some time.
