抄録

背景:

内視鏡的前頭副鼻腔手術は、術後の狭窄や前頭副鼻腔流出路の閉塞を合併することが多く、再発の原因となる。前頭洞ステントは、前頭洞ネオオスティアの再閉塞を予防するのに有用である。

BACKGROUND: Endoscopic frontal sinus surgery is frequently complicated by post-operative stenosis and obstruction of the frontal sinus outflow tract, resulting in recurrent disease. Frontal sinus stents may help prevent re-occlusion of the frontal neo-ostia.

目的:

本論文では、修正シラスティック鼻スプリントを用いた前頭洞ステント留置術のシンプルで費用対効果の高いアプローチを紹介している。

OBJECTIVE: This paper presents a simple and cost-effective approach to frontal sinus stenting using modified Silastic nasal splints.

結果と結論:

現在の手技は、術後の前頭洞流出路開存性を達成するための効果的で信頼性が高く、安価な方法を提供します。

RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The current technique provides an effective, reliable and inexpensive method for achieving post-operative frontal sinus outflow tract patency.
