抄録

目的:

地中海性斑点熱（MSF）患者の頭皮に発症した稀な斑点性発疹の1例を報告する。

OBJECTIVE: To report a rare case of maculopapular rash on the scalp in a patient with Mediterranean spotted fever (MSF).

臨床プレゼンテーションと介入:

乳がんと化学療法誘発性脱毛症を合併した58歳の女性がMSFを発症した。頭皮を覆う丘疹を除き，典型的な臨床症状を呈していた．MSFの診断は免疫蛍光検査で確認された．病状は良好で，退院後は良好な状態であった．

CLINICAL PRESENTATION AND INTERVENTION: A 58-year-old woman with breast cancer and chemotherapy-induced alopecia contracted MSF. Her clinical features were typical, except for a maculopapular rash covering the scalp. The diagnosis of MSF was confirmed by immunofluorescent assay. The disease had a favorable course and the patient was discharged in good condition.

結論:

本報告に記載された頭皮の発疹は、MSFの臨床的特徴についての知見を深めるものである。

CONCLUSION: The rash on the scalp described in this report enriches our knowledge on the clinical characteristics of MSF.
