抄録

頬骨弓の骨折を、より直接的な解剖学的アプローチを用いて整復する方法を紹介します。この方法は、従来のKeenアプローチを使用した場合に生じる、孤立したフラグメントの冠状動脈の挿入と挙上の難しさを回避することができます。

A technique for reduction of fractures of the zygomatic arch with use of a more direct anatomical approach is presented. This method obviates the potential difficulty of coronoid interposition and elevation of an isolated fragment encountered with use of the old Keen approach.
