甲状腺機能低下症患者における歯周組織の代謝と構造の変化

抄録

甲状腺機能低下症を背景とした歯周病の程度の異なる88名の患者の歯肉の生検を行った。組織化学的および組織酵素化学的検査を行った。その結果、特に中程度の重度の歯周病患者では、ミトコンドリア呼吸、オキシドレデュクターゼ、解糖、そして同様の方法での終末酸化の減少が認められました。

The bioptats of gingiva of 88 patients with different degree of periodontities on the background of hypothyreosis was studied. The histochemical and histoenzimochemical investigations were carried out. It was shown the decrease of fermental activity: mitochondrial breathing - oxydoreduqtases, glycolysis and in the same way terminal oxidation in the structures of ephythelial tissue and mucous membrane, especially in patients with middle severity periodontities.
