歯槽膿漏の外科的治療後、多かれ少なかれ重要な歯槽膿漏が見られることがよくあります。結合組織自家移植は、残存病変の機能的・審美的な欠陥を修正し、固定式の補綴物を実現することができる。

A more or less important alveolar gap is often seen after the surgical treatment of clefts. The connective tissue autograft corrects the functional and aesthetic defect of the residual lesion and a fixed prosthetic restoration can be realized.
