目的:

航空医療避難での「ブラジルに戻る操作」での軍事看護の経験を記述するために。

OBJECTIVE: to describe the experience of military nursing in "Operation Return to Brazil" in an aeromedical evacuation.

方法:

本報告は、新型コロナウイルス発生後、中国・武漢にいた潜在的に汚染されたブラジル人の航空医療避難に従事した看護スタッフの体験報告である。

METHOD: this is an experience report of the nursing staff in the Aeromedical Evacuation of potentially-contaminated Brazilians who were in Wuhan, China, after the outbreak of the new coronavirus.

結果:

この報告書は、飛行前、スクリーニング、飛行の3段階で行われた看護ケアから構成されています。飛行前のケアには、航空機の構成や材料の予測などが含まれます。スクリーニングでは、スタッフは適切な服装に気を配った。帰国者の健康評価では、機内での注意は、潜在的に汚染された乗客との長時間の接触による汚染のリスクを最小限に抑えるために、個人用保護具の取り扱いに焦点を当てました。最終的な考慮事項：看護は、ブラジルでの航空医療輸送の歴史の中で最も長く、精力的で前例のないものの一つであったこのミッションのすべてのアクションを計画することにコミットしました。

RESULTS: the report was constructed from nursing care performed in three stages: pre-flight, screening, and flight. Pre-flight care would include aircraft configuration and material prediction. In screening, the staff was concerned with being properly attired. In the health assessment of returnees, in-flight, attention was focused on Personal Protective Equipment handling to minimize the risk of contamination by prolonged contact with potentially-contaminated passengers. Final considerations: nursing was committed to planning all the actions of this mission, which was one of the longest, strenuous and unprecedented in the history of aeromedical transport in Brazil.
