抄録

安価で取り扱いが容易なヨウ素(I)を用いたニトリル類の簡単な一般的な合成法について説明する。チオアミドとIをトリエチルアミンの存在下，室温で好気的条件下で反応させると，アリール基，ビニル基，アルキル基を有する種々のニトリルが良好な収率で得られた。また、この方法はチオ尿素からシアナミドへの変換にも有効であった。

A simple general method for the synthesis of nitriles using the inexpensive and easy to handle iodine (I) is described herein. The reaction of thioamides with I in the presence of triethylamine at room temperature under aerobic conditions afforded various nitriles bearing aryl, vinyl, and alkyl groups in good-to-excellent yields. This method was also effective for conversion from thioureas to cyanamides.
